Join our team of strategic advisers and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to collaborate with leading solution providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable heart-of-the-business solutions.Recruiting for this role ends on 10/30/2026.Work You’ll DoAs a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the project, you will support the client in planning and executing Vehicle Allocation Methodology (VAM) studies. You will apply a proven federal agency VAM approach to assess fleet requirements, identify opportunities to optimize vehicle utilization, and determine an appropriate fleet size that supports the client's mission.The consultant will use established tools, methods, and analytical processes to conduct comprehensive fleet studies and produce actionable findings. Study results will be delivered in support of client reporting and aligned with specific relevant federal requirements. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,700 to $170,900.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
